Vienna, VA – June 1, 2018 – AAC Inc, as a subcontractor to Logistics Systems, Inc. (LSI), has won the Department of Justice ITSS-5 contract. ITSS-5 is a competitive multiple award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract designed to provide specific IT services to Department of Justice (DOJ) components at the task order level. The contracts provide favorable procurement and task administration conditions to DOJ bureaus and OBDs for tasks that would otherwise be procured through a more lengthy open competition process or through external contracting vehicles.
The Program has a $4.5 Billion ceiling with a five-year base period and one five-year option period. Task orderstypes include Fixed Price, Labor Hour and Time and Materials. The IDIQ does not allow protests on Task Orders under $10 Million. More information about the ITSS-5 contract is located at http://logistics-sys.com/contracts/doj-itss-5/.
“AAC is excited to be on LSI’s winning ITSS-5 team” said AAC’s Chairman Tony Carlson. “This provides AAC the opportunity to continue working within the DOJ and building on our relationship with LSI.”
