The recertification audit confirmed that AAC maintains their commitment to an effective IT service delivery operation. AAC has effectively upheld their ISO 20000 status for the last six years and continues to retain their registration.
ISO 20000 is the first worldwide standard specifically aimed at IT Service Management. It is based on a set of management processes for the effective delivery of services to the business and its customers.
