Paul C. Thomas

President and CEO

Paul is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the Board and other management to establish long-range goals, strategy and vision, plans and policies, and build the company culture, values and the team.

Prior to his current role with AAC, Paul held executive positions with Teksouth Corporation, L3 Communications, Wyle Labs, De La Rue and CSC.

Paul has a strong background in delivering technology and functional solutions to both US Government and commercial customers.  His focus is on providing delighted customers with value through enabling mission and business success.

Paul holds a B.S. in Business from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an M.S. in Strategic Intelligence from the Defense Intelligence College, and an M.S. in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School.  He is married to the former Lori Gillaspy and has seven children (four adopted).  He is active in child welfare activities to include adoption and foster care support, and enjoys coaching youth baseball and wrestling.

Yvonne Adair

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Yvonne joined AAC in 1986 as one of only 15 employees, and has since proved instrumental to the growth and stability of the company. Responsible for all administrative functions, including finance, accounting, legal and human resources, Yvonne develops organizational and financial policy, evaluates business plans and contingencies, and provides oversight on contracts. Working closely with the rest of the executive team, Yvonne is proud of improving the overall financial and operational efficiency of the company.  Yvonne attended Auburn University and has a BS in Accounting from Canal Zone College.

Ugur Koser

Vice President, Information Systems and CIO/CTO

As CIO/CTO, Ugur is responsible for providing technological direction, strategic leadership and expert advice to AAC and its customers. Ugur’s pragmatic and hands-on approach results in consistently high quality, best-value, well-timed solutions for customers. With Ugur’s guidance, AAC has helped federal agencies adopt new technologies and processes, reduce capital and service delivery expenses and optimize entire IT environments.

Ugur spearheaded and continues to lead AAC’s Process Improvement and IT Service Management groups. His team ensured that AAC met the demanding ISO 20000 criteria for IT Service Management. Ugur completed his graduate studies in computer science at the George Washington University before joining AAC in 1984.

Rob Stevenson

Vice President, Federal Civilian Programs

Rob joined AAC in 2014, and is responsible for operations and growth of AAC’s Federal civilian business area.  He brings a strong competency of consistent service delivery to each of our civilian contract customers.

Rob brings his 27 years of strong IT business operations and financial experience, especially in federal civilian and healthcare sectors, extending our business approach and delivery capabilities to federal civilian and healthcare sectors. Prior to his current role with AAC, he held executive and business area operations and financial positions with CSC, DynCorp, and GTE.

Rob holds his B.S. and MBA in Business Management and Finance from Virginia Tech.  He is active with his family in his community and enjoys hiking and the outdoors, along with his family time.

Chuck Screen

Vice President, Department of Defense

Chuck joined AAC in 2007 and brings over 25 years of experience to his leadership role. Chuck is responsible for developing and managing AAC’s defense programs, ensuring that AAC’s services are expertly executed.

Chuck’s technical expertise spans IT operations and programming, federal contracting, business administration, management and strategic planning. He holds certifications in ITIL v3 Foundations, ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 27001 Information Security Management.

As a U.S. Navy veteran, Chuck thoroughly understands the inherent needs of defense customers. He enjoys the privilege of supporting the individual war fighter and the critical mission of the armed forces. Stemming from his naval training, Chuck relishes his free time spent near the ocean.
